Can students be college AND career ready?
Yes. If a preparatory student meets the CPE benchmarks on the ACT assessment, he or she will already be career ready academic and will not have to sit for either the ASVAB or ACT WorkKeys. However, in order to do so a student must be preparatory and eligible to sit for a career ready technical assessment (either KOSSA or a valid industry certificate). If the benchmark is met for the technical assessment as well, this student is considered college and career ready.
